Cookie policy
This policy lists the cookies TestPlatform uses and everything else it saves in your browser.
1What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website saves in your browser. Websites can also save information in your browser in other ways:
- Local storage keeps information until it is removed or you clear it.
- Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
- IndexedDB is a small database inside your browser.
This page lists everything TestPlatform saves in your browser, and why. In the tables, the "Type" column means:
- Strictly necessary: TestPlatform cannot work without it.
- Functional: it keeps your work or your place safe, or carries something from one page to the next.
- Preference: it remembers a choice or a small display setting.
In the names below, <id> stands for the code that identifies a paper or an exam attempt.
3Local storage

4Session storage
Everything in session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

5IndexedDB

6Third-party cookies
When you pay for a pass, Razorpay's checkout window loads from Razorpay. Razorpay may set its own cookies, under Razorpay's own policy.
There are no other third-party cookies on TestPlatform. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
7How to clear them
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser's settings. If you do, you will be signed out and your saved preferences will be reset.
Take care during an exam. If you clear site data while your connection is down, answers that have not reached our server yet can be lost.
8Changes and questions
When we change this policy, we update the date and version at the top of this page, and the cookie notice shows again.
